May plan, assign, and supervise the work of others. Works under limited supervision with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Major/Essential Functions:

Serves as the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) Coordinator, maintaining the Terra Dotta International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) platform, managing data integration and requests, and auditing student records to ensure accuracy and consistency across Banner, Terra Dotta, and SEVIS.

Maintains a student caseload as the senior Designated School Official (DSO) advisor, monitors enrollment and immigration status compliance through monthly reporting, and prepares student statistical reports.

Oversees advisor training, supports the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and provides guidance on complex and sensitive student issues.
