Manager, Talent Management & Strategy

General Summary

We’re looking for a Manager, Talent Management & Strategy who manages and is accountable for the talent management and strategy team in developing effective working relationships with business groups through effective communication and partnerships, leading to the development of programs, guidelines, policies, initiatives and strategies that attract and retain a high-performing diverse, equitable, inclusive and member-focused workforce.

Total Rewards:

A typical starting range for this position is $152,000 - $217,000 annually. We offer market competitive base pay and adjust our offer accordingly based upon the value of the candidate’s knowledge, skills and experience. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise, coach and provide work direction to employees to maximize productivity and teamwork.

  • Drive, identify, recommend, support, consult and communicate employee and labor relations processes to create a high-performing and motivated workforce.

  • Manage the recruitment, outreach and selection process initiatives to understand the dynamics of the business groups across the company to identify, develop and implement strategies and programs that recruit, engage and retain a high performing diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications:

  • four-year degree resulting in a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business or a related field

  • 8 + years related work experience as a human resource business partner or similar role

  • five or more years of progressive leadership experience a plus

  • strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws, regulations and requirements

  • Thorough understanding of data reporting, analysis and audit processes

  • Prior knowledge and demonstrated use with an HCM system(s) and automation of processes

  • Additional education in Human Resources and/or SHRM certification
