Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Supplier Quality Assurance & Compliance. Supplier Quality Assurance and Compliance interns support the quality systems and supplier performance processes used to ensure aerospace products meet engineering, contractual, regulatory, and customer requirements. Interns may analyze quality data, assist with root-cause and corrective-action activities, support supplier audits or compliance reviews, evaluate process capability, and work with engineering and supply chain teams on quality improvements.
Potential internship assignments may include:

Analyze supplier quality, defect, escape, and process-performance data
-
Support root-cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive improvement

Assist with supplier quality assurance, compliance, audits, and documentation
-
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve product and process quality
These positions are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Wichita, KS.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree program

Ability to work full-time during Summer 2027
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Passion for the aerospace industry and interest and enthusiasm for a career at Boeing

Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher)
-
Previous related internship or work experience and/or involvement with student or civic organizations
-
Majoring in one of the following: Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Data Analytics, or other related fields

The ability to relocate and work onsite
