Responsibilities:

  • Examine aged variances, outstanding reconciling items, and legacy balances to determine root causes and drive resolution.

  • Review payroll liabilities, accruals, tax withholdings, benefit accounts, and other related balances to confirm accuracy and completeness.

  • Assess current reconciliation files and supporting schedules, identify missing detail, and build a stronger end-to-end reconciliation approach.

  • Use NetSuite to pull financial records, analyze account activity, and support detailed account research.

  • Collaborate with accounting and payroll partners to investigate unresolved items and clear discrepancies efficiently.

  • Interpret and organize international payroll reconciliation support, including records presented in multiple languages or formats.

  • Compile large volumes of transactional and historical data into structured workpapers that support audit readiness.

  • Prepare clear documentation and substantiation for account balances to help bring records to a fully reconciled state.

The salary range for this position is $28 to $35/hour, plus bonus. Benefits are available including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance.
