Volt is immediately hiring a Medical Device Assembler in Saint Paul, MN 55112

As a Medical Device Assembler, you will:

Assemble, repair, and test medical catheters and related medical device components in a cleanroom manufacturing environment Perform precision assembly of small parts and components using hand tools and specialized equipment Conduct microscope-based assembly and inspection work while maintaining strict quality standards Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and manufacturing specifications Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, GMP requirements, and quality system standards Complete production documentation accurately to support product traceability and quality investigations Inspect products for defects and ensure adherence to quality requirements Work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Follow all safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and contamination-control requirements Perform repetitive assembly tasks requiring fine motor skills, dexterity, and attention to detail

This is a full time, contract opportunity.

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous Medical Device Assembly experience required High school diploma or GED required Prior cleanroom manufacturing experience required Experience working under a microscope preferred Strong manual dexterity and ability to assemble small, intricate components Ability to read and follow written work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance Basic computer skills for production documentation and recordkeeping Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing precision assembly tasks Ability to perform repetitive motions including grasping, pinching, pulling, twisting, and handling small parts

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.75 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
