Rehab Program Manager - PT, PTA, OTR, or COTA

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Flexible hours

Setting: Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Coastal Manor Nursing Home - Ludowici, GA

Pay: state range $24 to $52 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from Therapy program

  • Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist in the state of practice

As a lead in the building, you’ll treat patients while getting some experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Director of Rehab.
