Performance Engineer - Bangalore / Pune

What You Will Be Doing

Drives the direction of quality assurance practices within the organization by progressing excellence in software quality.

Establishes and leads a Quality Assurance governance framework, ensuring consistency in processes and standards across various teams and locations.

Drives the adoption of innovative testing methodologies, ensuring they are tailored to the unique challenges of fintech solutions.

What You Bring

  • Overall 9+ years of experience in IT Industry with 7+ years of applications development experience Performance Engineer resilience tuning and testing
  • Extensive experience in Java (JDK 1.8/17), JEE, Maven, Hibernate, EJB 3.1, MQ, SQL, REST, XML, XSD, JSON
  • Extensive experience in monitoring performance characteristics
  • Expertise in writing tests focusing on performance and high availability tests
  • Good experience with continuous integration – Jenkins, unit tests, integration tests, selenium-based tests
  • very good knowledge of Application Servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss and OpenLiberty)
  • very good knowledge of Oracle database or Postgresql and performance tuning
  • knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes environment
  • knowledge of Linux environment
  • knowledge of Kafka is an advantage
  • excellent problem-solving, team-working and time management skills
  • payment expertise e.g. SEPA, SWIFT MT will be an asset
  • Optional~ knowledge of REST API, postgres"
