Summary

About the Position: This position is located at the 6th Medical Group, MacDill Air Force Base in Florida. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to federal service.

Duties

• Manage administrative support programs such as cyber security liaison , government travel card, Defense Travel System, health care, fitness, safety, drug demand reduction, supply, time attendance and unit recognition.
• Assist in accomplishing all necessary internal operations such as personnel assistance, administrative training, and security.
• Orient new personnel to training requirements, schedules, and meeting key personnel.
• Develop and implement procedures to track program status and maintain program health.
• Collect data to recommend actions to the commander/director, ensuring program requirements, compliance, and needs are met.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes managing training programs, reviewing program compliance or implementation of policies, and collecting or organizing data to recommend changes to resolve problems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone-no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
