Job Title: Quality Assurance Program Manager

Location: Fort Pierce, FL

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $165,000.00

Work Model: Onsite – onsite

Hours: 40.0

Overview

This individual will have management responsibility over the company's Quality Assurance Program and ASME Section VIII Quality Control Program, including maintaining and administering the applicable manuals, policies, procedures, records, and program requirements.

We are specifically looking for a Quality Assurance Program Manager. We need someone who has had direct responsibility for managing, maintaining, administering, and defending regulated quality programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics and reporting systems

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues

  • Maintain thorough documentation of quality activities and findings

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding quality status and improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality management, assurance, or related field

  • Strong understanding of quality standards, regulations, and best practices

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements

  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) preferred
