Agent in Training Farmers Insurance | Justin Price Agency | Jonesville, MI Turn Your Sales Skills Into a Long-Term Career The Justin Price Agency is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Agent in Training to join our Farmers Insurance agency in Jonesville. This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by results, and wants a career with room to grow. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship while developing the sales, insurance, and relationship-building skills needed to succeed in the industry. Previous insurance experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you have experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, automotive, or another people-focused environment, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, phone outreach, and networking

• Learn about each customer's situation and recommend insurance options that fit their needs

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline

• Build relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Maintain accurate lead and customer information using agency systems

• Participate in ongoing sales coaching, product training, and professional development

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable talking with new people over the phone and in person

• Motivated by goals and performance-based earning potential

• Persistent and able to stay motivated through rejection

• Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn

• Strong organization and follow-up skills

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licensing is preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licensing

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
