The Brand Analyst, Fulfil Brand will have responsibility for specific projects and activities in support of the Fulfil Brand, including retail analysis, DME management, and various project management responsibilities. What will you do? * * The Brand Analyst, Fulfil Brand must be effective at:* o Business tracking: Analyzing weekly and quarterly retail Circana and Numerator data to assist in understanding key drivers of the business and informing the need for actions to address business opportunities or risks. Assisting with ad hoc retail business analysis on an ongoing basis o Budget management: Manage team DMEs and work with Marketing Operations partners to effectively plan and manage team budget o Program implementation and coordination: Support coordinating and implementing brand programs, promotions, and events o Sales communications: Support the development of sales communication updates with oversight from the marketing team o Social Media: Manage agency relationship and guide content, partnerships, and approvals o Administrative support: Support one-off administrative requests (e.g. identifying and sharing brand assets, coordinating calendars with external agencies, product orders) o Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Minimum Education & Requirements* * At least 18 months of relevant work experience * Bachelor's degree required (preferably Business, Analytics, Marketing) * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI a plus); ability to learn new systems * Analytical and project management experience is a plus * Benefits & Perks* At Hershey, we offer competitive pay and a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your wellbeing, financial security, and life outside of work. * Health & Wellbeing: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus wellness programs that support your physical and mental health * Financial Security: Competitive pay, annual incentive opportunities, and a 401(k) with company match * Time Off & Flexibility: Paid time off, company holidays, and flexible ways of working where applicable * Growth & Development: Career development programs, learning opportunities, and internal mobility Benefits may vary based on role, location, and eligibility. #LI-BS1 The anticipated base salary range for this role is $68640 to $85800 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
