Job Summary
This role is an experienced individual responsible for environmental due diligence and compliance in HP's supply chain. This role requires close partnership with HP procurement, supply chain and suppliers to implemented programs to identify, assess, mitigate, and prevent environmental risks in HP's supply chain. The role collaborates with multiple internal teams to ensure their alignment with compliance objectives.
Job Responsibilities

Program manage the implementation of environmental due diligence and reporting aligned to CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and CSDDD/CS3D (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive) requirements

Partner closely with Procurement and suppliers to design and implement programs that identify, assess, mitigate, and prevent environmental risks across HP’s supply chain

Drive supplier engagement to ensure alignment with HP’s environmental standards, regulatory expectations, and due diligence processes

Support integration of due diligence outcomes into broader sustainability reporting and compliance frameworks

Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Sustainability, Legal, Procurement, Compliance) to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal objectives

Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms
Education & Experience Recommended
-
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain ESG, Engineering, Human Rights, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in ESG supply chain and project management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
