Job Description

Production Associates operate in a warehouse setting, and are responsible for various general labor and assembly tasks. You will assist machine operators in running extrusion machinery, move materials across the warehouse, conduct quality checks on finished products, and other tasks.

Shifts

$18/hr | AM Shift: 7am - 7pm

$19/hr | PM Shift: 7pm - 7am

Associates will work on a 12 hour, 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in running extrusion and plastic molding machinery.

• Check raw plastic materials and finished packaging rolls for basic quality standards.

• Move stock, trim excess materials, and clear work areas.

Essential Skills

• Experience operating shop machinery.

• Experience in production and general labor.

• Experience with hand and power tools.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with available shifts from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am. The role requires standing for long shifts and handling factory materials.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington Court House, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
