Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's geographic location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, internal equity, and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, of which base pay is just one component.

Salary Range: FT RN - $80,000 - $90,000

Salary Range: PRN RN - $38.46-$43.26 per hour

Salary Range: PRN STNA - $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

About You

Who We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurses (RN) licensed in the state of employment.

• State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) with a heart for compassionate care.

• Professionals committed to providing patient-focused care and building strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.
