AI Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and optimization solutions at enterprise scale. This individual will leverage machine learning, artificial intelligence, and mathematical optimization techniques to build intelligent systems capable of problem-solving, automation, self-learning, and decision support. The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering fundamentals, deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, and experience building cloud-native distributed systems that operate at scale.

Skills and Requirements

-10+ years of software engineering or related technical experience. -3+ years of recent hands-on experience developing AI, Machine Learning, and/or Optimization solutions. -Strong expertise in Python and proficiency in Java, C++, or R. -Experience building production-grade AI/ML systems in cloud-native environments. -Strong understanding of probability, statistics, linear algebra, optimization, and machine learning algorithms. -Experience with AI and deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Caffe, or similar. -Hands-on experience with distributed systems and large-scale data processing platforms. -Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, MongoDB, or related technologies. -Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
