About the role
As a Campus Recruitment Associate, you will make an impact by shaping Cognizant's future workforce, connecting with emerging talent, and driving impactful campus recruitment initiatives at a global technology leader committed to innovation and inclusion. You will be a valued member of the Campus Recruitment team and work collaboratively with campus recruiters, university partners, student organizations, and hiring stakeholders, supported by mentors invested in your career growth.
In this role, you will

Collaborate with campus teams to plan and implement recruiting events and strategies.

Build relationships with universities and student organizations to enhance Cognizant's visibility.

Coordinate and support activities such as career fairs, interviews, and campus presentations.

Manage communications with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to refine processes and elevate outcomes.
Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to live in one of the following areas: Bridgewater, NJ; Englewood, CO; Plano, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC or Mesa, AZ.

What you need to have to be considered

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business, or a similar field.

Passionate about talent acquisition, relationship building, and teamwork.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with an eagerness to learn.

Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and dedication to service excellence.
These will help you stand out

Prior HR or recruiting internship experience.

Experience contributing to creative projects that strengthen an employer brand.

Solid GenAI and Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $70,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
