Civil Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Estimator with experience in site development, underground utilities, and heavy civil construction. This individual will be responsible for preparing estimates for earthwork, underground utility, and piping projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a specialized trade contractor and be proficient with industry estimating platforms.

Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates for site development projects. Develop estimates for earthwork, underground utility, and piping scopes. Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents. Utilize estimating software and platforms to prepare accurate project pricing. Collaborate with project teams throughout the bidding process. Support proposal development and bid submissions.

Skills and Requirements

Experience estimating site development and civil construction projects. Experience with underground utilities and heavy underground work/piping. Experience estimating earthwork scopes. Experience using estimating platforms/software. Preferred background with a specialized trade contractor. Approximately 5-10 years of relevant estimating experience
