Job Description

Design, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes. Develop systems, methodologies, quality processes, and best practices to guarantee high- quality products in line with standards, drawings, and specifications set in place by internal engineering teams. Develop and implement quality controls for serialized automated manufacturing lines and conveyor systems, including station level traceability, serialized component tracking, manufacturing routing, data capture, production holds, and controls preventing nonconforming product from progressing through production. Use SAP and manufacturing information systems for material traceability, manufacturing transactions, production status, disposition activities, quality records, and product/material movement. Perform complex and multi-faceted failure and root cause analysis as part of the Non-Conformance and CAPA process in a high paced environment. Evaluate process changes, equipment moves/modifications, product changes, test-system changes, and production-line modifications to determine quality risk and required qualification/validation/testing. Experience must include: MES, SAP, Cp/Cpk, PFMEA, Jira, TrackWise, Python, CAPA.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s or foreign academic equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering (Any), Strategic Management, or a closely related field with 6 months of relevant experience in job offered or as an Engineering Professional or related. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable.Must be willing to work anywhere in the U.S. Job locations in Morristown, NJ & may involve relocation to various unanticipated client sites across the U.S.
