As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Whether you’re leading a team, engineering processes, or driving projects, your work ensures that our customers’ products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 2:00 pm. (Saturday Rotation based on business need) As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.

How you create impact

  • Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members

  • Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors

  • Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports

  • Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system

  • Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory

  • Implement continuous improvement action plans.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service levels.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Be flexible to work extended hours, weekends and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What we would like you to bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must have required documentation prior to working onsite (Photocopy Identification and Birth Certificate or Passport)

  • 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment.

  • 2 or more years in a supervisory role.

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
