Commercial Escrow Assistant

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to support a growing commercial escrow team for an industry-leading title company. This individual will provide direct support to multiple Commercial Escrow Officers by managing key administrative and transaction-related responsibilities throughout the escrow process. Daily responsibilities include distributing title commitments, coordinating earnest money deposits, preparing wire instructions, processing wire disbursements, and assembling closing packages with clear and accurate instructions for all parties involved.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of escrow experience supporting commercial or residential transactions Strong understanding of escrow processes, including earnest money handling and wire disbursements Experience preparing and coordinating closing packages and transaction documentation Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support multiple Escrow Officers Commercial escrow experience Experience working with title commitments and title-related documentation Experience with SoftPro or similar escrow/title software
