Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at Maxwell AFB, AL . The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services. This position will be100% on-site at Maxwell AFB, AL .

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.

  • Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform

  • Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures

  • Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems

  • Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements

  • Documents audit results in standard formats

  • Works under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment

  • 5+ years rotorcraft aircraft experience

  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR, 7-level)

  • Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Technical data experience

  • DCMA INST 8210.1C experience

  • AS9100 Revision D experience

  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Summary Pay Range: $89,250-$115,500 / Annually

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
