Homewatch CareGivers of Southfield is seeking a dependable, organized, and flexible Part-time Office Staff/ Care Coordinator to support office operations, caregiver scheduling, and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and assist with filling open shifts.

  • Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources.

  • Review caregiver clock-ins, timekeeping, and payroll-related information.

  • Answer phones, complete data entry, and assist with general office administration.

  • Respond to call-offs and scheduling changes.

  • Provide direct caregiving coverage for client shifts as needed when other coverage is unavailable.

Qualifications

  • Previous office, scheduling, staffing, customer service, or healthcare experience.

  • Home care experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable working directly with seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily activities.

  • Must meet agency caregiver requirements and be able to travel to client homes when needed.
