Tool Tester – 2nd Shift
Think great job opportunities are far away? Think again. Kelly® is hiring a Tool Tester in Menomonee Falls, WI . This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills, gain valuable hands-on experience, and become part of a local testing and manufacturing team.
Pay and Schedule

Monday–Friday

1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

$18 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Tool Tester, you will:

Conduct hands-on testing of various power tools and equipment.
-
Follow detailed work instructions and testing procedures.
-
Track and accurately record cycle counts and completed applications.
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized testing environment.
-
Wear required personal protective equipment while operating equipment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
-
A high school diploma or GED.
-
At least one year of experience using power tools or working in a manufacturing or test laboratory environment preferred.

Mechanical or electrical aptitude preferred.
-
The ability to read and speak English.
-
A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work well with others.
Physical Requirements
-
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
-
Stand and walk for up to eight hours per day.
-
Work on concrete floors in hot and cold environments.
-
Wear safety glasses, hearing protection, work gloves, and other required PPE.
-
Move safely across uneven surfaces and through a busy testing area.
-
Use stairs and work near loud equipment.
