Insight Global is partnering with a luxury fashion brand seeking a Client Advisor to support its U.S. flagship boutique in SoHo, New York. This role offers the opportunity to join an artistic, emerging luxury label newly introduced to the U.S. market, where the emphasis is on relationship-building, storytelling, and creating a deeply personal client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience that reflects the brand's luxury standards
• Build, manage, and grow a loyal client book through consistent outreach and relationship cultivation
• Develop new business opportunities through clienteling, networking, and proactive communication
• Foster long-term client relationships that drive retention, repeat business, and brand loyalty
• Partner with team members to support overall boutique performance and contribute to a collaborative environment
• Maintain strong product knowledge across ready-to-wear collections and new arrivals
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and daily boutique operations as needed
• Support store goals while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented mindset

Compensation: Hourly pay of $27-$32/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as luxury client advisor
• Proven ability to build and cultivate client relationships
• Experience developing and maintaining a client book
• Demonstrated success with client outreach and clienteling initiatives
• Ready-to-wear luxury retail experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to proactively generate business rather than rely solely on foot traffic
• 3+ years of luxury retail experience
• Background in relationship-focused selling environments
• Bilingual capabilities
