Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP or AWS.
- Build and maintain secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployments.
- Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters for high availability and performance.
- Develop automation scripts and operational tools using Python.
- Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging, metrics, dashboards, and distributed tracing.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes, reliability, and system scalability.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure follows security best practices, including IAM, Secrets Management, RBAC, and container security.
- Implement autoscaling strategies using HPA, Cluster Autoscaler, or KEDA.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements in platform reliability and performance.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or site reliability engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience working with GCP (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD architecture and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools for logs, metrics, dashboards, and tracing.
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic.
- Strong understanding of IAM, Secrets Management, RBAC, and container security.
- Experience with autoscaling technologies such as HPA, Cluster Autoscaler, or KEDA.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture, cloud architecture design, SOC2 compliance, FinOps, or AI/LLM infrastructure and GPU workloads is a plus.
