If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you.

About The Role

As a Manager of Sales Development, you will lead our exceptional, high agency SDR team to achieve ambitious objectives to drive overwhelming demand for our Ad-Studio product, develop the future leaders of our company, and grow our brand recognition in the market.

Ad Studio is a new product motion for Hightouch. Because there's no established playbook yet, this role is perfect for a leader who is energized by building and scaling an outbound program from the ground up, coaching talent, and partnering cross-functionally to drive meaningful pipeline at the top of the funnel. In this role, you'll be responsible for hiring, developing, and managing a team focused on engaging performance marketing, growth, creative, and marketing ops leaders — helping them solve for creative fatigue, slow production cycles, and brand consistency at scale — at some of the world's most impactful companies.

We’re looking for an experienced and people-driven sales leader who has the skills to effectively drive progress toward our sales organization’s ambitious and challenging objectives. You are strongly aligned with our values and bring a high sense of ownership to your work at Hightouch.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hire, train, and develop a team of outbound SDRs

  • Coach your team on prospecting and campaign development through 1:1s, call reviews, email coaching, and other formats as needed

  • Monitor and report on the team’s performance against input and output metrics

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on demand generation strategy, sales play development, messaging, and more

  • Support the sales leadership in defining the team’s operating model, targets, and headcount needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales with 2+ years of experience leading a sales development function in B2B SaaS focused on outbound opportunities

  • Strong analytical skills and passion for digging through data to assess team + business performance.

  • Proven track record of team quota attainment.

  • Passion for hiring and developing people early in their careers.

  • Experience supporting teams working across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.

  • Enthusiasm for wearing many hats, you’re happy to hop on a cold call as well as inspecting message quality and call recordings.

  • Experience creating a team culture of collaboration and winning.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience using sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

  • Previous closing experience as an Account Executive.

  • Have worked in Sales at an early or growth stage technology startup.
