WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Materials Manufacturing, in Beaverton, Oregon. They connect Nike’s materials and product development teams with external vendors while collaborating with regional and global Materials Manufacturing, Planning, Costing, Sourcing, Apparel Materials, Apparel Supply Chain, and Sustainability teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is looking for a results-driven, detail-oriented materials professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This person brings curiosity, strong strategic thinking, and the communication skills to engage diverse partners, tailor messages, and build trusted relationships. They understand apparel or accessories manufacturing and supply chain processes, including textiles, trims, packaging, or garments. They can manage competing priorities, meet development and production deadlines, and turn complex information into clear recommendations.

The ideal candidate influences across teams, uses internal and external resources effectively, and helps partners move through change with clarity and accountability. They are a collaborative team player who can connect day-to-day execution with seasonal goals and longer-term materials priorities.

The candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • 2+ years of relevant materials experience in supply chain, product development, or manufacturing.

  • Technical knowledge of apparel or accessories manufacturing and supply chain processes, including textiles, trims, packaging, or garments, is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, project management, time management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Spanish-language skills and artificial intelligence experience are preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 10 percent.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll drive materials excellence from development through production and delivery. As the primary connection with assigned vendors, you’ll strengthen performance, resolve issues, and bring partners together around seasonal execution, long-term priorities, and the Product Supply Chain vision.

  • Execute Materials Manufacturing and Product Supply Chain priorities across development, production, and delivery.

  • Partner with vendors to improve costing, on-time delivery, quality, and sustainability performance.

  • Lead vendor communication, management, and issue resolution, bringing the right partners together to maintain progress.

  • Collaborate with regional and global Materials Manufacturing teams and cross-functional partners on weekly and seasonal priorities.

  • Support sustainability initiatives and the execution of seasonal and long-term projects.

  • Manage weekly, monthly, and seasonal delivery and costing reports, using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze performance and communicate updates to stakeholders.

  • Shift focus as business needs evolve while helping the team deliver current-season goals and advance longer-term materials priorities
