FORKLIFT OPERATOR/MATERIAL HANDLER- $20/HR- $25/HR- URGENT HIRING- START ASAP

Join our team supporting the medical device industry in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Material Handler / Forklift Operator , you will play a critical role in ensuring materials, supplies, and customer orders are accurately moved, organized, and shipped to support healthcare and laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Load, unload, and transport inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts.

• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow quality procedures.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Good English communication and reading skills.

• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented mindset.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
