Recruiter (Remote) Full Cycle Recruiting | Field Leadership & Pharmacy HiringPosition Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for field leadership and pharmacy-related positions across the United States. This role will partner closely with hiring leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent for critical business functions while serving as a strategic talent advisor throughout the hiring process.

The Recruiter will support positions such as District Pharmacy Supervisors, District Managers, District Administrative Assistants, and Pharmacy Schedulers, managing approximately 15-20 active requisitions at a time, with higher volumes possible during peak hiring periods. This is a 100% remote position supporting nationwide hiring initiatives.

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 3 Month Contract

Pay: $50-$60/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership and pharmacy-related positions from requisition intake through offer acceptance.

  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, and recruitment strategies.

  • Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing plans and identify qualified talent pipelines.

  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of field-based and corporate positions.

  • Facilitate and coordinate all candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring processes in a virtual environment.

  • Lead all hiring manager consultations, candidate interactions, and interviews remotely.

  • Manage both internal and external recruiting efforts, including:

  • Supporting employee promotions and internal mobility programs.

  • Identifying and attracting external talent when internal candidate pipelines are insufficient.

  • Maintain and manage approximately 15-20 concurrent requisitions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

  • Utilize recruiting metrics, labor market data, and talent insights to provide strategic recommendations and influence hiring decisions.

  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation considerations, and hiring strategies.

  • Support offer development and negotiation processes in partnership with business leaders and HR stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and employment regulations.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

  • Experience leveraging recruiting data, metrics, and analytics to drive hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using BrassRing ATS.

  • Experience recruiting for leadership-level positions.

  • Experience supporting field-based, retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or multi-site organizations.

  • Experience recruiting across geographically dispersed regions or nationwide markets.

  • Experience conducting virtual recruitment and hiring processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
