JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Operations Support Specialist is an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to our patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable. In conjunction with the practice supervisor, the incumbent supports the day to day business operations of a clinic by coordinating work activities, resolving problems and making suggestions for process improvements in support of achieving the established Medical Group performance expectations. Incumbent will act as a clinic lead in the absence of the supervisor.

EDUCATION:

An Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.

EXPERIENCE:

Two to three years experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
