About the Role

Bracco Medical Technologies (BMT) is seeking a Sr. Legal Contracts Analyst to support our U.S.-based cardiovascular and diagnostic imaging businesses. In this role, you will serve as a senior legal resource responsible for contract strategy, negotiation, risk mitigation, and legal support for complex commercial activities. Working independently with minimal supervision, you will collaborate closely with business, regulatory, marketing, and compliance teams to provide practical, risk-based recommendations that support business objectives while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Contracting

Draft, negotiate, review, and finalize a wide variety of complex commercial agreements (sales, supply chain, GPO, services, etc.).

Advise business partners on contract strategy, risk mitigation, and negotiation approaches.

Analyze legal and commercial risks, resolve routine and moderately complex issues, and escalate high-risk matters as appropriate.

Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements.

Marketing & Promotional Review

Review promotional, training, digital, conference, and sales materials.

Evaluate product claims and supporting evidence to help ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.

General Legal & Cross-Functional Support

Serve as a legal resource for internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Clinical, and Regulatory teams.

Provide guidance on legal processes, documentation, and risk mitigation.

Draft or respond to legal correspondence.

Develop and deliver training related to contracts, compliance, and legal processes.

Conduct legal and regulatory research related to healthcare, medical devices, and commercial operations.

Process Improvement & Governance

Maintain contract templates, legal procedures, and governance processes.

Support corporate filings, entity management, and records maintenance.

Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows, controls, and efficiencies.

Qualifications

Required

7-10+ years of contract analysis experience in a law firm, corporate, healthcare, or medical device environment.

5-7+ years of experience independently drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and advising on complex commercial agreements.

Experience identifying and managing legal and business risk.

Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations such as HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Sunshine Act.

Experience reviewing marketing and promotional materials in a regulated industry.

Strong analytical, communication, writing, proofreading, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management systems.

Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and make risk-based recommendations.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or relevant post-secondary education.

Experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.

Experience with supply chain agreements and operations.

Experience delivering training and mentoring others.

Experience supporting promotional review committees and product claims review.

Experience with corporate governance and entity management.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $119,000 - 129,000

*Estimated Starting Salary Range is reflective of the range Bracco Medical Technologies reasonably expects to pay for the position. The range provided is based on salary and market data specific to the position.
