Forward Deployed Engineer

Overview ClaimSorted (YC S24) is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deliver systems that power fast, reliable onboarding for insurers – helping clients go live quickly and delighting them from day one Built for Life’s Hardest Moments Insurance exists to support people at their most vulnerable – after loss, illness, or crisis. Yet too often, the systems behind it fail when they’re needed most. ClaimSorted is fixing that. By combining AI with human empathy, we help people get the support they deserve – quickly, accurately, and with compassion. Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives

• Build and maintain systems that support critical customer operations and fast, reliable onboarding

• Deliver accurate reporting and critical insights for customers and internal teams

• Lead initiatives to improve the platform based on customer insights Stack: NextJS, NodeJs, GCP, Postgres, Terraform Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable being customer-facing

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments Perks
