We are seeking an experienced Senior GTM Enablement Program Manager to join our Revenue Enablement team during a critical period of growth and transformation. This individual will serve as a strategic partner and hands-on execution leader responsible for driving key enablement initiatives, maintaining operational continuity, and leading the planning and execution of our annual Revenue Kickoff (RKO).

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement and can seamlessly balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, communications, and executive alignment throughout the planning cycle.
  • Maintain existing enablement cadences, communications, and operational processes to ensure continuity during team coverage.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Assess current enablement workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Introduce AI-native approaches to content creation, knowledge management, training delivery, and program execution.

Skills and Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or Product Enablement.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale enablement programs with measurable business impact.
  • Experience supporting revenue-generating organizations within high-growth technology environments.
  • Strong program management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing large-scale sales meetings, kickoff events, or company-wide enablement programs. Experience working within B2B SaaS organizations. Cybersecurity industry experience. Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Channel, or Revenue Operations teams. Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and behavior-change frameworks. Experience managing onboarding, certification, or sales coaching programs. Knowledge of GTM methodologies, sales playbooks, and revenue acceleration strategies. Experience supporting major product launches or strategic go-to-market initiatives.
