Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Note: This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Position summary Join Walmart Supply Chain as a Process Engineer and help improve how work gets done across our distribution network. In this early-career role, you’ll apply engineering fundamentals, data, and structured problem-solving to identify efficiency opportunities, support automation initiatives, and standardize best practices. You’ll partner closely with operations leaders and senior engineers to turn insights into practical improvements that drive operational excellence at scale. About Supply Chain Walmart Supply Chain powers the flow of product from inbound to outbound, enabling stores and customers to get what they need—reliably and efficiently. Our team combines operational expertise with engineering and analytics to continuously improve safety, productivity, and service. This Process Engineer role helps translate frontline observations and performance data into process changes, standard work, and automation support that meaningfully impacts network performance. What you’ll do

  • Partner with operations leaders to understand constraints and recommend process improvements

  • Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process observations to identify opportunities

  • Analyze operational data using statistical and analytical tools to support decisions

  • Build process maps, standard work documentation, and operational performance reports

  • Support implementation and validation of automation and continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field

  • 0–3 years in engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and/or supply chain (intern/co-op preferred)

  • Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and statistical analysis

  • Experience with process mapping and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab)

  • Strong Excel skills and exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  • Stock

Minimum Qualifications...
