Job Description

Lead discovery sessions, gather and document requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement, support testing efforts, and partner with development teams to deliver new features and enhancements. Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify requirements, manage priorities, address risks, and drive initiatives from concept through release.

Skills and Requirements

5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role Experience supporting digital products, web applications, customer portals, or SaaS platforms Strong requirements gathering, discovery, and stakeholder management experience Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria Experience working directly with software development teams in Agile environments Ability to lead initiatives through discovery, refinement, testing, and release Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and edge cases Comfortable participating in technical discussions and understanding API concepts Experience using Jira QA, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering background Experience supporting customer-facing applications Experience with Jira, LogRocket, Google Analytics Experience working closely with UX, or Marketing, or Content teams
