Summary You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (SECTION LEAD) in the INDUSTRIAL LOGISTICS DIVISION of FLTREADCEN EAST MRO-L. Responsibilities You will provide expert logistics support to Production customer teams, supply support collaboration of production schedules, technical data compliance and sustainment goals. You will lead cross-functional logistics coordination with other MRO support personnel, Fleet Support Team logisticians, Engineering, Quality, DLA, NAVSUP WSS, and PMAs to resolve logistics delays. You will develop and implement logistics strategies for supply support barriers and forecasting problems, technical data gaps and maintenance planning interface resolution. You will participate in enterprise-wide initiatives to scrub and update RBOMs and Routers for accuracy and configuration control. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Knowledge of advanced principles, concepts, and methodologies of logistics management related to Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) sustainment, Production Support, or technical data distribution and incorporation such as PEMAs, RBOMs & Routers, or SME support functions in an industrial environment. 2.) Ability to plan, assign, and evaluate the work of a team of cross functional logistics specialists, including setting priorities, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment. 3.) Ability to assist in development and implementation of training plans or serve as a technical lead to include participation in hiring panels selection recommendations. 4.) Ability to lead varied logistics comprehensive studies and analysis improvement efforts while communicating with customers and stakeholders. 5.) Ability to serve in a collateral role as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) or similar when required by leadership.
