Nursing Home Administrator
Littlefork Care Center | Littlefork, Minnesota
Compensation: $108,681–$119,713 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, plus an exceptional benefits package.

About the Role
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of Littlefork Care Center, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and financial stewardship.
This position leads a dedicated management team that includes:

Director of Nursing

Human Resources Director

Activity Director/Social Services Designee

Dietary Manager

Environmental Services Supervisor
Together, this team supports approximately 60–70 employees who are committed to enriching the lives of the residents we serve.
What You'll Do
-
Lead day-to-day facility operations and strategic initiatives.

Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care and positive resident outcomes.

Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing leadership team and workforce.
-
Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Respond effectively to emergencies and operational challenges.

Implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that strengthen organizational performance.
Minimum Education Required
-
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (or eligible for licensure) in Minnesota.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.
-
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and operations.
-
Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
-
Commitment to resident-centered care and mission-driven leadership.
Minimum Experience Required
-
Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, or healthcare operations leader.

Demonstrated success leading teams, managing budgets, and achieving quality outcomes.
-
Experience working in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior services.
