For more than 35 years, Pediatric Home Service has helped children thrive at home through exceptional one-on-one nursing care. We're looking for a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to support our caregivers, guide clinical excellence, and ensure outstanding care for every client we serve.

The Position:

  • Location: Tyler, TX

  • Schedule: Full Time

  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm

  • License Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with applicable state board of nursing

As Nurse Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing client care while supporting our field nursing team. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff

  • Coordinating and overseeing individualized client care plans

  • Delivering education, training, and mentorship to caregivers

  • Supporting clients and families through consultation and care coordination

  • Promoting quality outcomes and regulatory compliance

  • Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care

  • Encouraging caregiver success and professional development in the home care setting

Experience & Certifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Nebraska State Board of Nursing

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of nursing experience

  • Pediatric nursing experience

  • Home health or home care experience

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
