Full job description

Adecco is currently assisting a leading local electronics manufacturer in recruiting for an Electronics Test Technician in El Cajon, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform testing and verification of electronic assemblies and components.

  • Operate electronic test equipment to ensure products meet performance and quality standards.

  • Accurately record and document test results.

  • Assist with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and product verification activities.

  • Read and interpret basic schematics, assembly drawings, and test documentation.

  • Utilize electronic test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.

  • Lift and move test equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., with assistance when required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant electronics, manufacturing, or testing experience; OR

  • Associate's Degree or Technical Certificate in Electronics Technology with 0-2 years of related experience; OR

  • Equivalent military electronics training and experience.

  • Ability to read basic electrical schematics and technical documentation.

  • Experience using electronic test equipment is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
