Qualified Candidates for Hospital Medicine:

• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Eligible for or holding unrestricted Tennessee medical license (free of restrictions, probationary term, or conditions)

• No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension in any jurisdiction

• Have or willing to obtain unrestricted DEA registration
