  • Lead, recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing hotel team.

  • Create a culture of accountability, hospitality, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.

  • Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence throughout the property and actively engage with guests and associates.

  • Ensure brand standards, operating procedures, quality requirements, and company policies are consistently executed.

  • Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, property condition, preventative maintenance, and overall presentation.

  • Monitor guest feedback and service metrics and take immediate action to resolve issues and improve performance.

  • Partner with sales resources to identify local business opportunities, develop key accounts, and strengthen the hotel’s position within the Memphis market.

  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and changing business conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Manage labor, purchasing, operating expenses, and other controllable costs while protecting the guest experience.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, security, employment, and operational requirements.

  • Work closely with corporate leadership and the Vice President of Operations on property performance, strategic initiatives, and additional priorities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be an energetic, accountable hotel leader who understands that strong guest satisfaction and strong financial results go hand in hand. This individual should be comfortable operating with an ownership mindset and taking personal responsibility for the performance of the hotel.

  • Ability to adapt quickly, identify opportunities, and lead through change.

  • Strong attention to detail with a willingness to be actively involved in daily hotel operations.
