Contract Application Sr. Data Entry Representative

Location: St. Paul, MN

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Compensation: $23.00/hour, depending on experience

Employment Type: Contract with potential for contract-to-hire based on performance and business needs (current contract approval is through Feb 2027)

About the Opportunity

Beacon Hill's client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Contract Application Sr. Data Entry Representative to join a fast-paced operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys learning new systems and processes, and takes pride in delivering accurate, quality work. Successful candidates will build a strong understanding of employer-sponsored insurance products and administrative processes while supporting customers and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and maintain information across a variety of insurance administration processes.

Process transactions related to applications, policy updates, beneficiary changes, enrollment activity, premium payments, loan payments, and other documentation.

Investigate and resolve administrative issues by analyzing available information and exercising sound judgment.

Obtain missing details required for processing through written correspondence, email communication, or phone outreach.

Prepare customer and client communications using approved templates and established procedures.

Monitor and respond to shared team inboxes while fulfilling requests from customers, clients, and business partners.

Ensure all work meets department quality standards, security requirements, and established service level expectations.

Contribute to process improvements and assist with additional team responsibilities as needed.

Cross-train on other functions to provide operational support during periods of high volume.

Maintain flexibility to work overtime when business demands require additional coverage.
