Full job description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Packer
Location: Seabrook, NH
Pay Range: $20-$21/hr
Shift: 1st, 2nd, or Wed-Sat on 1st
What's the Job?

Operate, monitor, and maintain filling and packaging machines according to work instructions
-
Set up or adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications
-
Monitor the quality of output to identify or discard faulty products
-
Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
-
Follow safety practices with proper training and protective equipment provided
What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required
-
Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred
-
Ability to pass standardized cognitive company test(s)
-
Willingness to work required overtime to meet business goals
-
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
