Project Manager - AI Adoption

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI Agent capabilities for one of our largest pharmaceutical client's End User Services organization. This individual will play a critical role in helping drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and value realization across the organization as J&J expands from Copilot usage into the next phase of AI transformation through Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals with change management, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and AI adoption experience. This role will partner closely with business leaders, Copilot program teams, and end users to identify adoption opportunities, develop enablement materials, track usage metrics, and drive initiatives that increase business impact from AI investments.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field. PMP Certification required.

-5-7 years of project management experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.

-Experience supporting digital transformation, change management, or technology adoption programs.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

-Experience creating executive-level presentations and stakeholder communications.

-Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

-Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.

-Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, or Generative AI technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or AI Agent solutions. Experience supporting enterprise software adoption programs. Understanding of organizational change management methodologies (Prosci or equivalent). Experience working with analytics dashboards and adoption reporting tools. Exposure to AI governance, productivity measurement, or value realization initiatives.
