Job Description

One of Insight Global's customers is looking to onboard a Sr. Manager, Integrations to lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise application integrations across the organization. This individual will oversee developers supporting key business systems including Workday, COINS ERP, Rumbix, ToolWatch, Samsara, and other enterprise platforms. The team currently leverages Workato, Azure Integration Services, and custom development solutions to connect and scale these systems.

This leader will drive integration strategy, establish development standards, guide platform roadmap decisions, and ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable. Responsibilities include leading Agile delivery teams, mentoring developers, managing vendors and contractors, reviewing solution designs, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to support the future growth of Southland's integration ecosystem. This is a permanent and hybrid opportunty 2-3 days a week onsite in Carrollton, TX.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience leading software development, integration, or application engineering teams Experience managing developers, technical leads, contractors, and third-party vendors Deep understanding of enterprise application integrations and middleware platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar technologies Experience designing, supporting, or governing integrations between enterprise systems Prior software development experience with C#, .NET, or other object-oriented programming languages Experience managing code repositories, pull requests, GitHub standards, and CI/CD best practices Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture, API design, data transformation, and system connectivity patterns Experience leading Agile teams, Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and technical roadmaps Ability to evaluate current-state integrations, identify technical gaps, and develop future-state platform strategies Experience balancing business needs, technical debt, scalability, and long-term architectural decisions Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across business, engineering, architecture, and executive leadership teams Workday integration experience ERP integration experience (COINS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) Azure Integration Services experience Experience evaluating or implementing middleware modernization initiatives Familiarity with centralized logging, monitoring, observability, and alerting frameworks Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and enterprise AI governance initiatives Experience supporting enterprise architecture or digital transformation programs
