This position oversees the delivery of contracted services provided to persons with developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include: 1) Directing and implementing quality assurance activities; 2) Approving or denying changes to individual cost plans for all recipients; and 3) Managing the budget and ensuring expenditures are within the regional budget allocation. Qualifications for this Career Opportunity * Knowledge of developmental disabilities treatment, trends, and rehabilitation. * Knowledge of the basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. * Knowledge of cost allocation principles, budgeting, and contract processes. * Ability to supervise and motivate staff. * Meet minimum qualifications: o Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, public administration, business, or human services related field. o Five years job-related experience working in the developmental disabilities field. o Two years of supervisory experience. o Other combinations of related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
