Full job description
an Electronic Machine Builder will Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements
this role will support 3rd shift:
Sunday 10:00 pm- 6:00 am
Monday 10:00 pm- 6:00 am
Tuesday 10:00 pm- 6:00 am
Wednesday 10:00 pm- 6:00 am
Thursday 10:00 pm- 6:00 am
please note training may take place on a different shift, and the role may include mandated overtime
Assemble mechanical and/or electronic devices and assemblies referring to engineering specs, prints, layouts and/or verbal instructions.
Check and adjust for balance, alignment, tension, spacing, physical dimensions, outputs and adjustable parameters and record non-adjustable parameters.
Use a variety of manual and automated mechanical, electrical and optical checking equipment.
Calculate raw data and adjust/calibrate assemblies to achieve the final specification as required.
Check faulty assemblies using mechanical checking equipment.
Analyze and diagnose findings to determine defects and method of repair.
Disassembles, replaces parts, readjust and reassemble devices to complete repairs.
Perform electronic troubleshooting at the level consistent with the schooling required as indicated at the end of this job description.
May assist or instruct other Electro-Mechanical Builders or employees at lower labor grades.
- Two or more classes of progressive electronics training from an accredited college or universi ty. (Intro to Electronics I and II, etc) Must be able to provide transcripts.OR the ability to obtain certification through Honeywell Aerospace provided training within 90 days of being selected
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

occasional handle heavy fixtures

previous work experience in the Aerospace industry

Hourly Pay Range
The hourly range for this position is $31.86. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline.
