Demand Generation Manager
Position Summary:
Lumeris is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own both Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for Tom, our Primary Care as a Service (PCaaS) platform. In this high-impact role, you will design and execute integrated programs tailored to America’s largest health systems, driving engagement across complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles. Working in close alignment with Sales, Sales Development, Operations, and various marketing teams, you will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from strategy and budget allocation to pipeline acceleration and revenue generation.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly marketing plans, taking complete ownership of both Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to hit target prospect, opportunity, and revenue goals.

Build and scale targeted ABM programs specifically tailored to large health systems, orchestrating multi-channel plays to engage key decision-makers through complex buying cycles.

Manage vertical campaign budgets and partner with Product Marketing and Corporate Comms teams to deliver full-funnel GTM campaigns across paid media, content, events, and outbound plays.

Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and SDRs to execute account plays, align on key account targets, and maintain clear feedback loops.

Partner with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing Teams to produce compelling assets—such as case studies, white papers, webinars, and sales enablement tools.

Build and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign health, account engagement, and funnel velocity, using data insights to optimize marketing spend.

Work with the Event manager to support key trade shows and event activations to generate enterprise leads and deepen relationships with target accounts.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years enterprise B2B demand generation experience (experience marketing to health system and healthcare provider group executives is a plus).

Experience developing and executing automated marketing campaigns and lead nurturing using marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred).

Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid and organic social, display, retargeting, and email.

Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, strategies, and tactics (LinkedIn in particular).

Strong understanding and hands-on experience using Google Analytics to track, monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns.

Strong comprehension of SEO/AEO/GEO.

Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills, including experience with project management systems.

Demonstrate good judgment and uncompromising integrity.

Comfortable navigating ambiguous and changing situations.

Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and on-time delivery.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is:
$98,400.00-$132,225.00
