Position Summary:

The Practice Lifecycle Coordinator will oversee management of CRM, communication with customers, coordinating discovery calls, ensuring all documents are up to date and filed in an organized fashion, tracking, and other administrative tasks.

  • Windows and Microsoft Office proficient, with familiarity in database management systems

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and/or projects

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  • Management of the Practice Lifecycle lead pipeline

  • Collaborate with the solutions team to develop and refine program materials

  • Work with key partners and internal stakeholders to ensure that start-up leads are managed efficiently throughout their experience

  • Monitor program metrics and provide regular reports on program performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • 1-3 years experience in communications and/or business administration (Required)

  • Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or related roles (Required)

  • Experience in content creation and social media management (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Marketing (Preferred)

  • Ability to effectively communication (Read, Write, Speak) English is required

  • Ability to work onsite 2 days per week at our home office in Pittston, PA
