Full job description

Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be a part of a valued local client in Diamond Bar, CA. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, resolving product and billing issues, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service and maintaining accurate business records.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Account Management

  • Maintain and update customer account profiles, including pricing and product information.

  • Process new, repeat, warranty, sample, manual, and EDI orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage domestic, import, and DDP orders, including commercial documentation and shipping coordination.

  • Verify purchase order pricing prior to order entry.

  • Resolve issues related to minimum order quantities, case pack requirements, and freight policies.

  • Provide shipment confirmations, inventory availability updates, and order status information to customers and sales representatives.

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to track orders, shortages, and missing shipments.

  • Process credit memos, return authorizations (RMAs), and exchange requests.

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with the Accounting department.

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of customer service, order management, inside sales support, or account coordination experience.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Experience working with ERP systems and/or EDI order processing preferred.

  • Strong organizational and customer relationship management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting retail, hardware, electrical, distribution, or manufacturing customers.

  • Knowledge of order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management processes.

  • Technical troubleshooting experience for consumer products is a plus.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
